RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini College Department of Athletics & Recreation is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Hall of Fame class. Nominations may be submitted electronically or via fax by clicking on the links above.
In 2006, Cabrini College established an Athletic Hall of Fame for the purpose of recognizing individuals who have contributed to the success and growth of the athletic program. The purpose is to recognize and honor individuals who have performed with distinction and/or have been instrumental in the overall development and success of Cabrini Athletics.
With the induction of the 2008 class, 21 former Cabrini administrators, coaches and/or student-athletes are enshrined in Cavaliers’ athletic lore. Billy Carr '96, Rita Horning '03 and John McQueen '85 earned the distinctive honor September, 25, 2009.
The 2010 Hall of Fame Ceremony will be held Friday, September 24.
Cabrini students must be graduated from the College for at least five years to be considered for induction. Former employees are eligible for induction after at least five years of leaving the College. In both cases, all nominees must be considered in good standing with the College to be eligible for induction.
Nominations submitted via fax should be sent to the attention of Brian Beacham, Cabrini College’s sports information director. Nominations will be accepted no later than February 28, 2010.
