CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. -
The Cabrini men's basketball team has set a program record for consecutive wins to begin a season with six following a 76-54 victory at Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) opponent Baptist Bible College Saturday. The Cavaliers used five scorers in double figures en route to the win.

Junior forward Dom Farrello totaled a game-best 15 points on 6-for-10 shooting, including a 3-for-5 performance from beyond the 3-point line. Farrello chipped in five rebounds and two steals.

Senior forward Kevin Misevicius notched 14 points and a team-best six rebounds. Sophomore forward Brandon Carter tallied 13 points on 5-for-10 shooting, knocking down 3-of-6 attempts from long range.

Freshman center Goran Dulac added a career-high 13 points, shooting a marksmenlike 6-of-7 from the floor overall. Senior guard Corey White collected 11 points on 5-for-8 shooting in just 16 minutes played in a reserve role.

Freshman point guard Cory Lemons scored four points and dropped a game-high eight assists. Rookie guard A.J. Williams kicked in four points and three helpers in 16 minutes of action off the bench.

Cabrini shot a blistering 51.4 percent from the floor en route to a 22-point advantage, 43-21, at halftime and never looked back. The Defenders struggled to find any rhythm on the offensive end in the opening half, shooting just 26.9 percent and missing on all five of their long-range tries.

The Cavaliers made the most of their limited trips to the foul line, shooting 5-for-6 from the charity stripe. BBC converted 21-of-27 attempts from the foul line.

Nathan Greve reached double figures for the Defenders, scoring a team-best 10 points and posting seven rebounds. Stephen Howard collected eight points.

In its first season under head coach Marcus Kahn, the Blue & White began the 2008-09 campaign with five consecutive victories. The 2009-10 Cavaliers matched that mark with a 65-52 win at Marywood University just two days ago.

Cabrini (6-0, 3-0) briefly breaks from its CSAC regular season schedule for a non-conference road date with the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Tuesday, December 15 at 7 p.m.
