Wilmington, Del. - The Cabrini golf team concluded its 2009 fall schedule Monday in the Swarthmore College Invitational at Rock Manor Golf Course. The Cavaliers finished second in the team standings as senior
Chris Lawler listed second overall in a field of 72 golfers.
Lawler carded a 5-over round of 76, shooting five shots behind individual champion Josh Feldschneider (E) from Rutgers University - Camden. Sophomore Chris Sarvadi (+7) ranked tied for fifth.
Junior
Mike Ryan (+12),
Brian Walsh (+14) and
Ryan Miller (+16) rounded out the Blue & White's five-man rotation.
Rutgers - Camden (+28) earned the team title, shooting 10 shots better than the Cavaliers (+38). Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) team Neumann University (+48) and host Swarthmore (+48) tied for third place. Muhlenberg College (+51) finished fifth.
