ALLAMUCHY, N.J. – The Cabrini golf team listed second in a field of nine teams in the Centenary College Invitational at Panther Valley Golf Course and Club Wednesday. Senior Chris Lawler finished first overall, shooting a 4-over round of 75.
Brian Walsh ranked second for the Cavaliers, carding an 8-over round of 79. Junior Mike Ryan (+9), sophomore Chris Sarvadi (+15) and senior Bret Heller rounded out the Blue & White’s five-man line-up.
Moravian College (315) edged Cabrini (320) for the top team spot by five strokes. St. Joseph’s (NY) College (334), Philadelphia Biblical University (351) and Farmingdale State University (352) placed third, fourth and fifth, respectively.
Cabrini finishes its fall schedule Monday, October 19 in the Swarthmore College Invitational at Rock Manor Golf Course.
